Who we work with.

The teams we've shipped for sit across multiple sectors. Some are developer-tool vendors; some are SaaS operators between Series A and scale-up; some are healthcare, finance, industrial, or wellness operators with regulated or reputation-sensitive back-ends. Below: the sectors, the kinds of problems, and the engagement shapes that fit.

Sectors

Domain experience by sector — based on completed engagements, not aspiration.

B2B SaaS

Platform rebuilds, multi-tenant data models, billing integrations, and product analytics for SaaS companies between Series A and scale-up.

  • Multi-tenant data models and row-level isolation for CRM and sales-engagement platforms
  • Billing and subscription integrations (Stripe, chargebee-style flows, invoice reconciliation)
  • Loyalty and rewards engines with AI-driven churn prediction for CPG, retail, and DTC brands
  • Pre-employment assessment platforms with high-volume question banks and proctored test delivery
  • Audit-trail-aligned access control (RBAC, 2FA, TOTP) for SMB SaaS products
  • Team password managers and shared-secret products aimed at developer-tool adoption

Series A through scale-up budgets, EU and US timezones, founder-led or early PM-led product teams.

Industrial & logistics

Operational systems, telemetry pipelines, and field-data tooling for industrial operators and logistics teams in the EU.

  • Driver- and operator-facing mobile apps for niche marketplace and booking use cases (truck parking, freight matching)
  • Telemetry and incident-communications products integrated with PagerDuty, Slack, Teams, and Pingdom
  • Data-warehouse automation for industrial operators running on Snowflake, Databricks, or SQL Server
  • Web-data extraction and proxy-based scrapers for retail-pricing and competitive-intelligence workflows
  • Status-page and incident-management platforms with multi-tenant organisation models

EU and US, mid-market operators, mixed on-prem / cloud, often called in when the in-house team is small and the operational surface is wide.

Financial services

Internal tooling, risk dashboards, and document automation where audit trails, data residency, and EU regulatory framing matter.

  • Mid-market FP&A platforms — budgeting, forecasting, multi-entity consolidation, AI-powered ERP integration
  • Data-warehouse automation for finance teams (Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Oracle)
  • ETL / ELT / reverse-ETL pipelines for data integration across finance, retail, and supply-chain systems
  • Embedded analytics and BI platforms with AI-driven signals, NLQ, and data storytelling
  • Risk and resilience tooling with audit-grade logging and access control

Mid-market finance teams, EU and US, audit-and-procurement-heavy buyers; engagements typically begin with a discovery sprint on the data model.

Healthcare & life sciences

Workflow tooling and decision-support integrations — engineering support for regulated environments, not the regulated product itself.

  • Pediatric and ABA therapy practice-management platforms: scheduling, billing, payroll, prior-authorisation workflows
  • HIPAA-compliant operational tooling for therapy clinics and small provider groups
  • Learning-analytics platforms for health-professions programs (Pharmacy, PA, PT, Nursing, Medical) — audit-trail, FERPA, and TX-RAMP scope
  • Marketing and booking systems for single-practitioner clinics (massage therapy, allied health)
  • Decision-support integrations that sit alongside EHR-grade systems rather than replacing them

US-anchored, mid-market operators, HIPAA / FERPA-aware by default; we work on the engineering and integration surface, not the regulated clinical product itself.

Wellness & med-spa

Practice-management tooling for wellness clinics and med-spa operators — functional medicine, hormone therapy, IV therapy, aesthetics, integrative health. We build, improve, and maintain the systems that run the day-to-day, not the marketing surface.

  • Visit scheduling, appointment routing, and provider availability across multi-location clinic groups
  • Patient history, chart notes, intake forms, and longitudinal health record views
  • Membership and recurring-care plans (BHRT, weight management, IV therapy packages, aesthetic treatment cycles)
  • Treatment-specific workflows: hormone therapy titration, regenerative medicine / joint therapy, weight management, IV drips, neurotoxins / fillers / laser / microneedling / body contouring
  • Inventory and lot tracking for compounded pharmaceuticals, peptides, and aesthetic products
  • Reporting on visit volume, retention, treatment outcomes, and revenue per provider / location

US-anchored, multi-location operators, often 3–6 sites per brand. We embed into the existing stack, ship on a CI/CD cadence, and keep the system honest after go-live. We do not build marketing pages or location sites.

Engineering tools & dev infra

Developer-facing products, CI/CD platforms, and code-analysis tooling — built by engineers who use them daily.

  • Developer platforms: API marketplaces, source-control hosting (Perforce, SVN, Git), package managers (NuGet, npm, Maven, Composer, Python, Ruby Gems, VSIX), CI/CD with multi-OS build matrices, and data-pipeline / ETL platforms
  • Web-facing building blocks: file-upload and CDN APIs, WYSIWYG rich-text editors, JavaScript chart libraries, and embedded BI / analytics platforms
  • Code-quality and security tooling: static analysis and software-composition analysis (OWASP, CWE, CERT, PCI, SANS aligned), code obfuscation and application shielding, and run-time tamper protection
  • Test and quality engineering: GUI test automation (desktop, web, mobile), Jira-native and Azure-DevOps-integrated test management, and BDD / traceability tooling
  • Web-data platforms: large-scale proxy networks, scraping APIs, and low-code ETL / reverse-ETL pipelines
  • Developer-productivity and design tools: IDE plugins (Visual Studio, Unreal Engine, Unity, CUDA), long-running editors and diff/merge tools, Windows-native media tooling (screen recorders, HDR video players, remote PC), and UX/UI design tools with code-backed component libraries

Most of this list is a developer-tools portfolio — small product teams, multi-year roadmaps, and a high bar for engineering rigour. Many of the teams are part of the same parent portfolio, so cross-team codebases and shared deploy concerns are common.

How engagements typically look

Three shapes cover most of what we ship. The work inside varies; the way it's structured doesn't.

Discovery Sprint

Short, fixed-scope engagement. You leave with a scope, a risk map, architecture options, and a delivery plan — whether or not we build it next.

Embedded Pod

One to four experienced engineers working inside your team, on your tools, in your timezone. Sprint-to-sprint commitment.

Build & Operate

End-to-end delivery with ongoing observability and a backlog of scoped improvements. You keep ownership; we keep the system honest.

Working with us

We embed as 1-to-4-person pods alongside your team, hold a daily overlap window so decisions land in one working day, and design AI features with risk and human oversight in mind. Poland-based; EU data residency or US-region infrastructure is available when a project calls for it. NDA, DPA, and security documentation are exchanged on request.

For procurement teams: vendor questionnaires, architecture reviews, and engagement-specific security requirements are welcome — email us and the conversation starts the same day.

References available during qualification, subject to client approval — email us.
